Please be advised that DIRAMVI reserves the right to amend the terms of this Policy, which govern order cancellation, return, and refund procedures. We recommend reviewing this Policy periodically to ensure you understand the current terms and conditions applicable to your use of the portal.

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every DIRAMVI product.If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy for items in unused condition.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations will not be accepted.

Return and Exchange Policy

All products must be returned in unused condition with original tags, dust bags, and original packaging boxes.

Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, and in a saleable condition.
•⁠  ⁠Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been used, WE WON’T PROCEED FORWARD WITH THE QUERY.

For any item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please adhere to the following process:

Refund Policy

The processing time for your DIRAMVI refund typically takes 7-10 days.

After your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 48 hours.

Your returned item will typically arrive at the DIRAMVI warehouse in 4-6 days after pickup.

Once received, our team conducts a quality inspection, which may take up to 48 hours.
 credit is valid for a lifetime and can be used for any future purchases. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
