Order Processing

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be cancelled by DIRAMVI at its discretion.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled. We kindly ask that you review all order details for accuracy before completing your purchase.

Order Confirmation & Shipping Notification

You will receive an automatic order confirmation email shortly after your purchase is complete. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Once your order has been processed and shipped by our fulfillment team, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Product Availability & Refunds

Due to demand, items may become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.

Pre-Order Policy

Items marked as "Pre-Order" will ship upon arrival at our facility. Your payment method will be charged at checkout. Pre-order purchases are final and cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

Shipping Information

All orders within India receive complimentary standard shipping, with delivery in 5-7 business days.

International Shipping Policy

Diramvi Complementory International Shipping Policy

At Diramvi, we believe that a premium shopping experience should extend all the way to your doorstep. To make international shopping more convenient, we offer complimentary shipping on qualifying international orders.

1. International Pricing

All Diramvi products purchased through international orders are available at their original listed price.

● No domestic discounts, promotional offers, or coupon benefits are applicable to international orders.

● International customers will be charged the original product price displayed for the respective product.

● We only accept prepaid payments for international orders.

2. Complementary International Shipping

Complementary International Shipping is available on orders with a total value of ₹15,000 or above.

● Orders below ₹15,000 will be subject to the applicable international shipping charges.

● The ₹15,000 threshold is based on the original product value of the order.

3. Customs & Import Charges

Complementary Shipping covers the applicable shipping cost only.

● Customs duties

●  Import taxes

●  Customs clearance charges

●  Destination-country fees

● Any other applicable local charges

are not included in complementary shipping and remain the customer's responsibility.

 

4. Other Terms

● This policy applies exclusively to international orders.

● Complementary International Shipping is subject to the shipping destination, courier availability, and applicable service conditions.

● Diramvi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this policy at its discretion.

5. International Returns & Exchanges 

Due to the nature of international logistics, returns and exchanges are not accepted on international orders, except in cases where:

● A wrong item is delivered

● A manufacturing defect is identified.

Any such concern must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear unboxing and product images. Approved cases must be returned unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

6. Customs, Refusal & RTO Disclaimer 

If an international shipment is refused by the customer, delayed due to non-payment of customs duties, or returned by customs or courier authorities (RTO), the order will not be eligible for a refund. Any recovery or return costs charged by the logistics partner will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Delays

Orders may experience delays during special product releases, major holidays, and promotional sale periods.

Final Sale Items

All purchases made during sale or promotion periods are final. DIRAMVI reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice. Price adjustments are not available for previous purchases.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, DIRAMVI is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. All liability for the shipment transfers to the courier service upon delivery confirmation.
