Taxes

Shipping, Returns, and Risk
All purchases are subject to our Shipping and Return Policy. The risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Pricing and Order Errors
DIRAMVI reserves the right to cancel any orders placed due to typographical or pricing errors. If your payment was processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation
We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund. Customer cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement and are subject to our approval if the order has not been processed.

DIRAMVI Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing DIRAMVI. We craft our products with meticulous attention to detail and durability. To support your investment, every DIRAMVI bag is backed by our 2 years Service Warranty.
1. Warranty Coverage
The DIRAMVI 2 years Service Warranty guarantees repair or servicing for your bag against qualifying defects for its 2 years duration, subject to the terms below.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Care team at : support@diramvi.com.
2. What Is Covered ?
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
● Structural stitching failures.
● Defects in edge coating or sealing.
● Breakage or failure of handles, straps, or attachment points.
● Malfunction or breakage of metal hardware (e.g., zippers, clasps, locks, hooks).
3. What Is Not Covered ?
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear, including:
● Surface scratches, scuffs, or plating loss on hardware.
● Leather's natural patina, softening, or shape evolution over time.
● Stains or color transfer from contact with other materials.
● Damage from exposure to extreme conditions or improper care.
4. Repair Process & Timing
● Assessment : All claims require review and approval by our quality team.
● Timeline : Approved warranty repairs typically require 4 weeks from the date we receive your item. You will be notified upon completion.
5. Shipping for Warranty Services
The customer is responsible for the cost of securely shipping the bag to DIRAMVI for inspection. Once the warranty service is approved and completed, DIRAMVI will cover the cost of return shipping to you.
6. Non-Warranty Repairs
For damage not covered under this policy, we offer expert repair services at a reasonable cost. We will provide a detailed assessment and price quote for your approval before any work begins.
Diramvi Lifetime Repair Service Policy
At Diramvi, we believe a handbag should stay with you through the years. Our Lifetime Repair Service is designed to help you preserve and continue carrying your Diramvi handbag beyond the 2-Year Warranty period.
1) Lifetime Repair Service
After the completion of the 2-Year Warranty period, customers may avail themselves of Diramvi's Lifetime Repair Service.
● The Lifetime Repair Service is a paid service and does not include free repairs.
● Repair charges will depend on the nature and extent of the damage, required parts, materials, and workmanship.
● The applicable repair cost will be communicated to the customer and approved before the repair is undertaken.
2. Repair Assessment Process
Before sending the handbag to Diramvi, customers are required to contact our team and provide:
● Clear Images of the damaged or affected areas.
● Multiple clear videos showing the handbag and damaged parts from different angles
● A brief description of the issue or damage.
Our team will review the submitted photographs and videos to assess the condition of the handbag and determine whether the requested repair can be restored.
If the repair is technically feasible, Diramvi will communicate the applicable repair charges and provide further instructions for sending the handbag.
Customers should not send the handbag for repair before receiving confirmation from the Diramvi team.
3. Repair Eligibility
The Lifetime Repair Service may cover repairable issues arising from normal wear and tear, damage to certain components, stitching, hardware, or other parts of the handbag, subject to assessment.
All repair requests are subject to review and approval by Diramvi.
4. Repair Limitations
Repairs are subject to the availability of suitable parts and materials and the technical feasibility of restoration.
Diramvi reserves the right to decline a repair request if:
● The handbag cannot be reasonably restored.
● Required parts or materials are unavailable.
● The damage is too extensive to repair safely or effectively.
● Repairing the handbag may compromise its structure, appearance, or functionality.
5. Shipping & Logistics
All applicable forward and return shipping charges associated with the repair service will be borne by the customer.
6. Repair Approval
No repair work will begin without the customer's approval of the quoted repair charges. Once the customer approves the repair and applicable charges, the handbag may be sent to Diramvi according to the instructions provided by our team.
